Delete your Drivary account
Option 1 – in the app (instant)
- Open Drivary and log in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Option 2 – by email (if you can't open the app)
Email ganesh.ravankole@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Drivary account" from any email address, and include the mobile number you log in with. We will confirm by calling or messaging that number, then delete the account within 7 days.
Before you delete: deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in the Play Store app (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Drivary → Cancel), or you may be charged again.
What is deleted
- Your profile and login
- Licence, Aadhaar, profile and shop photos and other uploaded documents
- Job requests, price requests, insurance requests and insurance documents
- Fleet owners' access to your profile
What is kept, and for how long
- Records of completed placements, ratings and payments – up to 8 years where Indian accounting or tax law requires it, then deleted.
- Crash and analytics data held by Google – up to 14 months, not linked to your documents.
