Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Drivary app and website, operated by GANESH UTTAM RAVANKOLE (sole proprietor), 01, Matoshree, Main road, Kolnoor, Block Malahipparga, Jalkot, District Latur, Maharashtra 413532, India. By using Drivary you agree to them.

1. Who can use Drivary

Adults (18+) in India. Drivers must hold a valid driving licence for the vehicles they apply to drive.

2. Your account

You log in with your own mobile number and must give true information and genuine documents. We verify accounts and may suspend or remove any account with false or misleading information or documents.

3. Drivers

Using Drivary is free for drivers. Apply only for vehicles your licence class allows. An expired licence cannot be used to apply for jobs until it is renewed and verified again.

A shop listing in Services costs ₹299 / month through Google Play. Listings, prices and replies must be accurate.

6. Drivary's role

Drivary helps drivers, fleet owners and shops find each other. Salary, duties, working conditions and payment are agreed directly between the driver and the owner. Drivary is not the employer, does not guarantee a job or a hire, and is not responsible for the conduct of users, although we act on complaints and may remove users who break these terms.

7. Insurance quotes

Quotes are arranged using the information and documents you provide. You must give true and complete information. If a claim is rejected because of wrong, incomplete or false information, Drivary is not liable. Insurance cover is provided by the insurer under its own policy terms.

8. Not allowed

Fake profiles or documents; using someone else's number or documents; misusing other users' contact details; spam or abusive behaviour; trying to get around payments, limits or verification; copying or tampering with the app.

10. Liability

Drivary is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Latur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Please contact us first at ganesh.ravankole@gmail.com – most issues can be solved quickly.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes are shown in the app before they take effect.
